Lent is a time for intentional almsgiving, fasting and prayer.
Kingsmead Centre invites you to spend a quiet day (4th Sunday of Lent, March 15, 2026) with the Lord in reflection and prayer during the great season of Lent this year.
Participants are invited to reflect on the meaning, understanding and expression of the key themes of fasting, desires, self-discipline and sacrifice.
Come and join us for this day of prayer and reflection, and allow yourself the time and space to encounter the Lord in silence and prayer, and use this opportunity as a prayerful preparation for the coming of Easter.
